Character Counts

  • NPES adopted a formal approach to Character Education using the Josephson Institute’s Six Pillars of Good Character, CharacterCounts! Program.  This esteemed group identified universal values ? trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. These six pillars are strongly emphasized throughout all aspects of the curriculum.
  • All students are expected to adhere to the NPES Code of Conduct which is based on the six pillars.  NPES’ Code of Conduct is included in this packet.
