CHRIS COLE

Chris Cole works to help corporations facilitate work-process improvements through office environments. As President of the Board, Chris has focused on maintaining the school’s unique sense of community. Chris’s son is in 4th grade and his daughter is in 6th grade at NPES.

EILEEN LYSAUGHT

Eileen Lysaught is a partner of a Chicago law firm specializing in small business advisory and general counseling services, including employment law. In the past she served as the Vice-President Operations and General Counsel for a Chicago consumer products manufacturer. She was responsible for corporate compliance, human resources and plant operations. For two years, she acted as Secretary of the Cardinal Bernardin School Board and for the past three years she has acted as the Chair of the St. Viator Finance Council. Eileen participates in the Nominating Committee to assist NPES in the continuation of a strong board with broad backgrounds and balanced representation. Eileen’s son is in 5^th grade and her daughter is in Kindergarten.

ERIC MOULTON

Eric Moulton is president of Swan Development, a real estate development and remodeling company. Eric has been the Facilities Chair for NPES since 2004 and is the liaison for the design and construction of the new preschool. Eric’s daughters are in 7th grade at NPES, and 9th grade at Northside College Prep.

ROB MARGOLIS

Rob Margolis is a partner in a Chicago law firm, concentrating in commercial litigation, insolvencies, and intellectual property and employment litigation and counseling. As Secretary of the Board, Rob has been instrumental in communicating the Long Range Plan to the Association. Rob’s sons are in 4th and 6th grade at NPES.

DAVE SCHLESINGER

Dave Schlesinger is the Treasurer of Board of Directors. His experience in non-profit finance and accounting will help streamline the school's yearly budgeting process. Dave's daughter is in 3rd grade at NPES.

DANA WEED

Dana Weed serves as the Board liaison to many of the school's committees including the Green Committee and Lunch and Recess Volunteers. Dana's insight, gained through her day-to-day involvement with NPES students and staff, is invaluable to the Board. Dana's son and daughter are in 4th and 6th grade respectively.

JENNIFER WEIL

Jennifer Weil served on the NPES Board for two terms when her son attended the school. Though her son is now a sophomore at Northside College Prep, she recently returned to the Board as an associate director. In addition to training education graduate students and fellow teachers, she teaches second grade at an elementary school in Wilmette. She is able to bring her perspective as an educator and former parent with the NPES community.

BOB ZAGOTTA

Bob Zagotta is a Business Strategy Consultant who works with CEOs and Boards of Directors to define and achieve their companies’ long-term goals. As an NPES Board member, he has been instrumental in the development of a strategic, long-term plan for the school. Bob’s daughter is in 3rd grade and his son is in kindergarten at NPES.
