Whether they're learning physics by dropping eggs from a 2nd floor stairwell or re-enacting immigrants arriving at Ellis Island or pollinating flowers at the Chicago Botanic Garden, North Park Elementary School students learn by doing. Within our challenging curriculum, traditional instruction is combined with fun, experiential learning that brings knowledge to life.
Students also have an array of after school activities offered to them. These activities enhance the learning they receive in the classroom. Activities range from Mandarin Chinese, Tae Kwon Do, Robot City, chess, band, and hip hop dance.
Pep rallies, field trips, a talent show, and assemblies help to round out the student experience.
