We are proud to share the NPES Impact Report, highlighting the successful implementation of our first strategic plan. Developed during the 2022–23 school year with input from hundreds of community members, this work reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the NPES experience – not by growing bigger, but by becoming better.
Over the past three years, we have clarified our identity as a small school with a big impact, expanded access through financial aid, invested in our people, enhanced academic and co-curricular programming, and deepened opportunities for real-world learning.
