Apply to Our Early Childhood Program
Thank you for your interest in applying to the NPES' Early Childhood Porgram! Children applying to preschool must be three years old by September 1st* for our preschool program or four years old by September 1st for our junior kindergarten program. Acceptance into our Early Childhood Program is dependent upon a family interview, as well as the items in the checklist below.
Families are encouraged to attend an Admissions Coffee or schedule a tour. If you are interested in scheduling a tour, please email Anne Zagotta, Director of Admissions, or call 773-327-3144, ext. 235.

Early Childhood Application Checklist
If you are interested in applying to our early childhood program, please complete the checklist items below:
- Application for Admission
- $150 Application Fee
- Common Recommendation Form – Please have your child’s current teacher fill out the form and return it directly to our Director of Admissions, Anne Zagotta. Optional for preschool applicants.
- Birth Certificate – Please bring in or email a copy of the birth certificate to our Director of Admissions, Anne Zagotta.
- Questionnaire – Please complete our Family Questionnaire before your school visit.
