Welcome Back, NPES Alumni!

Once a Shark, Always a Shark.

Whether you are a graduate, alumni parent, grandparent, former faculty member, or friend of NPES, you are an important part of our story. The NPES alumni community spans generations and includes individuals making a difference as educators, entrepreneurs, artists, engineers, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and innovators around the world.

While much has changed since your time at NPES, our mission remains the same: providing a strong academic foundation, meaningful relationships with classmates and teachers, and an authentic sense of belonging in the context of an optimistic and compassionate community that strives to be more inclusive and equitable every day.

We invite you to stay connected, share your story, attend events, and help inspire the next generation of Sharks.

ALUMNI TRADITIONS

Nominate an NPES Alumnus
If you would like to nominate an individual for consideration, please email Erin Leyden, Director of Development & Marketing, at leyden@npeschool.org and include the nominee's name, email address, how they exemplify the Portrait of a Graduate, and a brief description of why you believe they are deserving of this recognition.

High School Senior Alumni Celebration

Every spring, we welcome recent high school graduates back to campus to celebrate their accomplishments and next steps. Students reconnect with former teachers, tour campus, share college plans, and officially transition into the next chapter of their alumni journey.

Annual Alumni Golf Outing

A favorite alumni tradition, the NPES Golf Outing brings together alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends for a day of fun, fellowship, and philanthropy. Proceeds support the NPES Financial Aid Program, helping ensure future generations of Sharks have access to the exceptional education and community that define North Park Elementary School. We look forward to welcoming our community back for the 3rd Annual NPES Alumni Golf Outing in 2027 -  stay tuned for event details and sponsorship opportunities.

NPES Legacy Giving Circle

Forever Connected. Giving Full Circle.

The NPES Legacy Giving Circle is a community of alumni, alumni parents, grandparents, and friends who choose to stay connected through annual support. By making a recurring gift of $500 (approx. $42/month) or more each year, members help sustain the exceptional teachers, innovative programs, and transformative experiences that define a North Park Elementary School education.

Legacy Giving Circle members enjoy special recognition, invitations to alumni events, and opportunities to see the lasting impact of their generosity. Together, we honor the past, invest in the present, and ensure that future generations of students continue to thrive.

Join the NPES Legacy Giving Circle and help keep the NPES spirit strong for years to come.

Alumni Reunions & Special Events

On May 30, 2024, NPES hosted its first All-School Alumni Reunion, bringing together alumni from nearly four decades to reconnect, celebrate our shared history, and honor co-founder Lynn Lawrence. The event was a powerful reminder that the NPES community extends far beyond graduation.

Be sure to check back often for future reunions, alumni gatherings, and special events.

Our students benefit every day from the support of donors who contribute. Generously investing in the NPES Fund is a wonderful way to express gratitude for what this school community means to you, your child, and your family.
