What are the days and times for preschool?
We offer Preschool Explorations, an extended day option for preschool students. Afternoon preschool students will be able to arrive as early as 7:30 AM, and morning preschool students can stay for the afternoon. Students from both sections will be able to stay as late as 5:45 PM. Below is the information for the current school year.
NPES offers a 5-day per week preschool program for 3 and 4 year old children. Depending on the age of the child, they will enroll in either the morning or afternoon session. For an extended day, students can join Lunch Bunch.
Mornings for 3 year olds: Monday through Friday from 8:35 am to 11:20 am.
Lunch Bunch (optional): 11:20 am to 1:00 pm
Afternoons for 4 year olds: Monday through Friday from 12:15 am to 3:00 pm.
Lunch Bunch (optional): 10:30 am to 12:15 pm
Students participating in Lunch Bunch will eat lunch (brought from home), enjoy fun crafts and projects, and have time for creative free play with their classmates. Lunch Bunch is $12 per hour and is prorated.
Before and After Care is $5 per hour and is prorated.

What is the tuitioN FOR PRESCHOOL?
Tuition for 2016-2017 School Year: $7,805 per student
Student Fees: $165 per student
Association Dues: $100 per family
Explorations: M-F $1,690/quarter

What are the age requirements for admissions?
Children applying for the morning class must be 3 years of age by September 1. Children applying for the afternoon class must be 4 years of age by September 1.
WHAT IS THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS?
Acceptance into NPES Preschool Program requires a family interview along and a completed application form along with a $150 non-refundable fee. To learn more, click here.
Does my child need to be potty trained before starting preschool?
Yes. Before starting preschool in the fall, your child needs to be fully potty trained.
what about summer camp?
For four weeks over the summer, incoming NPES 4 year olds and kindergarten students can participate in Junior Summer’s Cool. Choose our half-day or full-day option for as many days each week as you like. The entire camp session is held at NPES – there are no field trips for the Junior Summer’s Cool.
